1. Very efficient little dehumidifier
I put this SEAVON small dehumidifier in my bathroom which is about 50 sq ft or so, not very large to clear out the moisture after taking a shower as I only have one window and it may be too cold in the winter to open the window. The bathroom used to have molds on the wall before I painted with primer and semi-gloss paint. I found about a tablespoon of water after running it for about 30 minutes. I also run it about an hour in the morning and also collect a tablespoon or two of water. So it seems to be working quite well and keeping the moisture low as I desire. It is very quiet and easy to use, just press the button. Emptying the water tank is also a breeze.
2. Great little SEAVON small dehumidifier
This little dehumidifier is small, yet mighty! I keep it shut in my bathroom to keep it dry. We have zero ventilation in our all wood bathroom (idk who designed it but they need to stop designing bathrooms) and this is really helping to dry it out. I’ve had it 2 days and I’ve dumped it twice now. Its super quiet, and the cord is nice and long! It’s very easy to use, empty, and clean. It takes no effort to set up, run, and empty.
If you need a dehumidifier for a small enclosed space, this is the right one for you. When I say inclosed, I mean something you can shut it into, like a closet with a door closed, or a small rv or tent. This is not made for large spaces, or drafty places.
3. This cute little thing is actually effective
Bought this SEAVON small dehumidifier to try to get control of an endless mold situation in an unventilated bathroom. It’s small enough to stay on the vanity counter and we turn it on and close the bathroom door after showering. It accumulates water depending on how humid it is indoors overall. During very dry winter weather it wasn’t necessary to run it for long but on warm humid days we leave it on for several hours. I’m happy with the results of not having to scrub moldy grout or caulking anymore!!
4. Works like a dream
I am so happy with this SEAVON small dehumidifier, it works so well & is very, very quiet. The green light that it on it to show that it is working is not overly bright. I cannot sleep with a lot of light and this one is excellent. The only thing I don’t care so much about is the way it has to empty the water. The hole is on top of a hump, and I can’t get it to empty completely. But for the way it works I am very happy to have a small problem. I another one, different brand, that is very loud, and the light is so bright I have to cover it to sleep.
5. Handy little dehumidifier
This is a handy little dehumidifier. It works very well and customer service is wonderful. At one point, it started flashing a red light and even after unplugging it and plugging it back in, it continued. I wrote to the Seller here and they were able to help me getting it working again. My only suggestion is that they should include a manual for troubleshooting. But otherwise, I would definitely buy it again.
6. Perfect for what we needed
We have an 80 sqft detached laundry and utility room that we converted into a pantry, and were having lots of problems with humidity buildup (we live in Florida and the room is not insulated and sealed very well, using a window AC to climate control). This SEAVON small dehumidifier sits on a shelf and silently does its job perfectly. We’ve noticed a massive drop in dampness in the room, and have no problems with moisture buildup anymore whatsoever. Excellent product.
7. Making a noticeable difference!
I have a very small bathroom and no fan and I am unable to open my bathroom window also. I plugged this SEAVON small dehumidifier up as soon as I got it home and checked it the next day. It already had pulled enough moisture to fill up the bucket to 1/4 of its capacity! To say I was estactic was an understatement! I immediately dumped the water and turned it back on. I took a shower and then my husband showered. Of course it was still very steamy and damp when we were both finished but after about 2 hours I could feel a noticeable change. Prior to this product the air would feel damp the until the next day and we began to have problems with mold. I know this isn’t a miracle worker and is on the smaller side but it’s big enough and good enough to make a difference! I’m very pleased with this purchase! Hopefully it will continue to work as well as I’ve only had it for 1 week today but so far so good!
8. Quiet, convenient small dehumidifier with great customer service
This is a small dehumidifier (roughly the size of a lunchbox) that is very convenient for small spaces like RVs, bathrooms, or studio apartments. It runs very quietly– about as loud as a white noise machine or an A/C– and seems to pull about 1-2 cups of water maximum out per day out of the air. While that doesn’t sound like a lot, it was definitely enough to make me much more comfortable and avoid mold growth from humidity during the summer.
Around 3 months after I first purchased the SEAVON small dehumidifier, I noticed that it started making “grinding” noises that got progressively louder. I was just outside of the Amazon return/support period, but Michael from SEAVON’s customer support was quick to respond and send me a replacement. The replacement was sent from Amazon, and it was an easy and smooth replacement. I was very impressed by the after-sales service, and it definitely makes me more confident in SEAVON’s products over all.
9. Works really well, and it’s small size it great!
I bought this SEAVON small dehumidifier for our old house that gets damp in the winter. I wanted something small, so that I could put it in different rooms. It’s worked really well so far. I was really surprised how quiet it is and how much water was produced. It was easy to take out the water of the dispenser. We’ve been using it for a few weeks now, running it for about 20-30 minutes at a time. It’s definitely helped reduce the humidity in our home. I would recommend this dehumidifier.
10. Great purchase!
This was really a great purchase! I used it in my husband’s mancave, its normal size room but it is dark & carpeted, he always sneeze in the morning when he works there, after purchasing this his sneezing has lesses & sometimes even none. As I emptied the water drain i saw like very small particles of dust. This is really great, checking their products after this review to check if they have a bigger one for bigger spaces.
11. Perfect for RV bathrooms
We live in a hot humid state and are constantly battling that muggy sticky feeling. it was worse in our bathroom after a hot shower. This works perfectly to pull out that wet muggy feeling from the air. The water container is full every other two every three days. Depending on the humidity level. It automatically turns off when it is full so that is convenient. Overall I am very impressed with this SEAVON small dehumidifier.
12. Works great
We’ve used ours in the bathroom for a couple of months now. Along with a temp/humidity gauge, I was able to see how fast it would help reduce the moisture after our showers. It typically fills up about every 5 days or so (love that it automatically shuts off when it’s full), and dumping the water takes maybe 10 seconds. The noise level is minimal – like white noise. Coming from complete quiet, it took us a couple of nights to get used to it, but now it’s fine.
